The legal guarantee protects the asset from its lack of conformity with respect to the sales contract. You will find more information on the scope, content and rules for exercising the legal guarantee, with illustrative cases.
The Products purchased on the "ipacshop" website are covered by a legal guarantee: in the event that the consumer finds any lack of conformity of the Product, these must be reported in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for in Article 132 of the Consumer Code, by forwarding an e- mail to the e-mail address email@example.com or through one of the other methods on the "contact" page of this website. Communications must be received within 24 months from the date of delivery of the order.
The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity existing in the product at the time of delivery and transport damage.
During the aforementioned period, IPAC undertakes to replace or repair the goods in question (or parts thereof) free of charge, at no cost to the consumer.
The seller reserves the right to replace the item if the repair costs are disproportionate, or if repair is impossible.
To appeal to the guarantee, the customer must present the relevant receipt or tax receipt. The warranty is not transferable. Any defects must be reported within two months of their discovery.
Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products that do not conform to their intended use or effect of normal wear are excluded from conformity defects and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.
In relation to certain products, additional forms of insurance coverage or other forms of assistance, for a fee, may also be available, which allow you to obtain repair or replacement of the asset in the event of its damage. These coverages are additional and do not replace the legal guarantee of conformity, which always operates by law.
