Vegetable mill and potato masher
The potato masher and the manual vegetable mill are indispensable tools for reducing vegetables and soft foods into a uniform and lump-free mush, transforming them into healthy and genuine purees, sauces and purées. The first, essential for preparing gnocchi, allows you to easily mash potatoes, but not only: it can also be used for legumes, to transform boiled vegetables into velvety, to prepare perfectly shaped burgers or passatelli romagnoli.
