GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SHIPPING

These general conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely by means of a telematic network through the ipacshop.com site owned by IPAC S.p.A ..with registered office via Quattro Querci, n 36 51030 Serravalle PT Italia. The purchase operations will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 196/03.

 

Upon delivery of the order, we invite you to check:

• that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's letter corresponds to that delivered;
• that the package is intact and undamaged; any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery and reported via e-mail shop@pentole.com

 PLEASE NOTE: During the Christmas period (from 23/12 to 06/01) shipments may be delayed.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE

The conditions set out in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.

All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address shop.genietti.it, where the customer can, in fact, conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions. and the procedures envisaged.

These general conditions of sale must be examined "on line" by the customer before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.

SALE PRICES, PURCHASE METHOD

The sales prices indicated on the shop.genietti.it site are always expressed in Euros (€).

The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is charged to the customer. This cost will in any case be made known to the customer before confirming the purchase.

The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the adhesion given "on line".

DELIVERY

The company IPAC SpA. Owner of the shop.genietti.it site will deliver to the customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the products selected and ordered, in the manner provided for in the previous article, by couriers.
